To Whom It May Concern:
In, July 1994, A.C. Equipment Company installed a CO Star carbon monoxide detecting fan controller system in the subterranean garage of our La Jolla offices at 800 Silverado Avenue. The system has performed well, and we are quite happy with how infrequently the fan motors are activated, while still knowing the areas are safe from CO.
Maybeth Rothery of A.C. Equipment has been a pleasure to do business with. She is knowledgeable about the products and systems, fully explaining the system and benefits, and promptly responding to our questions and concerns as to operation.
First National is considering other energy-saving improvements to the La Jolla Facility, and intends to do more business with A.C. in the future. In any event, we consider Maybeth and A.C. Equipment to be our HVAC systems consultants for energy savings.
